Established in 2006, Bilstar International Limited specializes in
designing and manufacturing electronic cigarettes, e-cigarette
liquid flavors as well as their relative accessories. All of these
products comply with international quality standards such as CE,
RoHS, SGS and FDA.
We are also a registered supplier in China Customs for
e-cigarettes and e-liquid flavors with import and export rights.
Our more than 50 R&D staff members keep developing new products
to meet market trends and needs. We have expanded our markets to
Europe, North America and Japan, and have won a good
reputation.
We provide design services according to customer's order
requirements. With 1,500 highly trained employees in our Shenzhen
and Wenzhou plants in China, we currently have a monthly production
capacity of 300,000 units of electronic cigarettes and 50 tons of
